A nutritionist is an expert on the relationship between food and health. These professionals work with patients to use principles of nutrition for disease prevention and to market healthy lifestyles.
A Black nutritionist can do wonders for your health. And
as Black women, it’s imperative that we make our health a primary priority.
This means that professionals in diet and nutrition do quit pushing
fruits and vegetables. Their understanding of the connection between diet,
health, and disease allows them to point out and counsel people on healthy food
selection, food preparation, and good eating habits.
Nutrients are
fuel for the body. So as for our physical and psychological state to stay
strong and healthy, we’d like to consume a balanced diet of nutrients which will
carry you thru lifestyle. Not only whilst performing sports activity, but
before and afterward. Important nutrients include are carbohydrates, protein,
vitamins, etc
Carbohydrates:-
Carbohydrates are a big source of energy for the body. They
provide a slow and steady source of energy in contrast to proteins which
provide a faster and more intense burst of energy.
Carbohydrates are present in a wide range of safe as well as
unhealthy foods, fruits and grains, bread, milk and vegetables, and soft
drinks, sugar, etc.

Carbohydrates, in general, can also be considered as being
higher in calories than proteins. This is because carbohydrates have the
potential to include a higher amount of sugar which has more calories per
gram than proteins.

The best of vitamins are components in the food that are
needed in small amounts for growth and for maintaining good health. In terms of
